We are absolutely thrilled to share that Andrea Cadwallader has been awarded the 2024 NZ Brokers Jim Harris Scholarship.
Valued at $16,000, this scholarship covers the cost of attending the Institute for Strategic Leadership’s Step-Up Programme in Queenstown— a hugely impactful week of growth, personal development and leadership skills. As part of her application, Andrea wrote an outstanding essay exploring the question: Can all personality types be good leaders?

Andrea follows in the footsteps of two other Frank team members, Rufus Dryburgh-Aitken and Sylvia Gadsden, who have also won this scholarship in the past. The programme has proven to deliver immense value, and we are excited to see Andrea make the most of this opportunity.
