Emma Haugh

GENERAL MANAGER & director

Emma, originally from the Bay of Islands, moved to Hamilton in 2000 to study. Her insurance career began in 2002 as a Claims Manager for one of New Zealand’s leading fire and general insurers. Following an overseas experience in England, Emma took on roles in Relationship Management and Business Development, bringing that expertise to Frank when she joined in 2016 as General Manager.

Emma holds an MBA from the University of Waikato, which she completed in 2024 while juggling her full-time role and family commitments. This achievement underscores her commitment to continuous improvement and her drive to excel.

With a strong background in underwriting, claims, and broking, Emma brings a wealth of industry experience and operational expertise to Frank. She oversees day-to-day operations for the Frank Group, managing staff across multiple branches and ensuring the business runs smoothly and effectively.

Outside of work, Emma is a dedicated member of the Waihi Beach Surf Lifesaving Club, serving as a patrol support and surf official. She is also a regular blood donor and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
