Hayley (Ngāpuhi) joined Frank in 2021 as a claims manager. Hayley is renowned for her super customer service and clear communication. She has a knack for putting herself in clients' shoes and showing great support following a loss. Hayley easily builds rapport and trust with customers, suppliers, and insurers, making the claims process and settlement as seamless as possible.
Hayley is a seasoned insurance professional, having spent over 15 years working within the claims sector. She has held claims positions with global loss adjusting firms and international insurers, where she was often reassigned distressed claims to manage where other technicians struggled - due to her caring nature and ability to show empathy towards clients' situations.
Outside of work, Hayley is a keen snowboarder and enjoys anything to do with health and fitness, as well as socialising with family and friends. She is based in Morrinsville with her husband and 2 children. In 2024, Hayley completed the Coastal Five Half Marathon in New Plymouth alongside her dad, something they have always wanted to achieve together.
