At Frank, we’re here to provide claim support when its needed. We pour significant resource into our claims team & are proud to say, we have some of the best claims managers in the industry. We work with the insurers on your behalf, to keep the process quick and straightforward - but make no mistake, we work for our clients, never the insurer.
To lodge a claim, you can simply complete an online claim form, as shown below, which will send the details directly to our claims managers who will then get in touch with you. Alternatively, please download one of our PDF claim forms below. If you would like some help completing any of these forms, please give one of our claim managers a call, in some cases we can lodge your claim over the phone for you. or we can work through them in person, if that’s your preference.

To assist you at claim time, we have included a few claim guidelines to get you started. This is not a full comprehensive list for all insurance claims, so if you are in doubt, please contact us.
NOTIFICATION
You should let us know about any loss that may result in a claim as soon as possible. If you think there might be a possible claim, you are best to let us know the details, even if you don’t have all of the information, we can still get the process started at our end.
Motor Vehicle Windscreen
Most windscreen repair claims can be completed without the need for a claim form and usually there is no excess to pay. Getting a windscreen replaced or repaired is as simple as giving us a call to confirm your insurance details, booking the vehicle in for the repair and passing your insurance details onto the repairer. The invoice will be sent directly to your insurer for payment.
Motor Vehicle Accident
If your vehicle is involved in an accident, we recommend contacting our office as soon as possible for assistance. If the vehicle is unable to be driven, it will need to be towed the nearest repairer who can assess the damage and report back to us and the insurer with the estimated cost to repair.
Sometimes an assessor may be appointed to your claim. It is their job to work alongside the insurer to inspect damage, determine the cause and estimate costs on their behalf. We have outlined the standard repair process below so you know what to expect.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
For minor damage to your property, please take photos of the damage and secure the property to prevent further damage. To lodge a claim, please follow the abovementioned process. For major damage, please contact us immediately to get advice.
BURGLARY OR THEFT
Claims of this nature, need to be reported to the police who will provide you with a police acknowledgement number or report, they will also provide instructions based on the details of the incident. If the intruders have forcefully entered the property and/or caused malicious damage or mess, please take photos of this, then secure the property by contacting a locksmith, glazier or builder. We will require the police report or acknowledgement number, a list of items stolen or damaged along with original proof of purchase to accompany your claim form.
